I have spent the last five hours filling this damn pool, and it looks great. So, I go to do a last check before hooking up the filter and notice one of the seams is slowly weeping down near the bottom. Couldn't be near the top so I could just empty out a little bit of water and patch it. NO! Has to be down near the bottom, where I would have to waste THOUSANDS OF GALLONS of water and let it dry to patch it.

No! No! Don't drain the pool yet. Go to the local pool supply store and get one of the underwater pool patch kits. We have one and it works fine.

Really? YAY! I'm going to go check that out in the morning!

Thankfully, since it is such a slow leak, my husband said just use it for a while and we'll see if it gets any worse, so I didn't drain the pool.

Thanks for the information!!!! You might have just saved my sanity and made my boys very happy.
