Guilty Pleasures

Therapy today rocked. I actually got in some good treadmill time,
hit 30 on the exercise that has been kicking my ass (I won't explain,
because there is no way to make it sound interesting or something other
than sexual. Let's just say it puts immense pressure on my lower
back), and I got to work out next to a college quarterback. Pretty
damn good eye candy to make it go easier. :)

I was watching my guilty pleasure tonight (American Idol) and got
to thinking about how everyone has something they are hesitant to
admit to watching or listening to. I listen to hip-hop in the car.
Sometimes, I continue listening to 'Silly Songs with Larry' (Veggietales)
after I drop the kids off at school and sing loudly with it. I
watch cheesy reality shows whenever I get the chance (American Idol,
Showbiz Moms and Dads, For Love or Money and shows like that).

What is your guilty pleasure? You know you have one!!! *laugh*

Guilty pleasures:
- Listening to Laura Cantrell with my headphones on.
- Buying mochi, cookies and chewy candies at the Japanese market.
- Sneaking in a little HGTV when shows I'm interested in are on. Ditto for the History Channel, although I catch those shows less often since we only have cable in the living room.
- Bribing Laurel with time "reading" the pattern books at Hancock Fabrics while I browse the needlework section, just out of arm's reach but easily within line of sight.
