What would YOU do?

The year is 1999. You are moving offices, so you bring home a small microwave you had in the office. Since you already have a microwave at home, you decide to store it in the garage.

Do you:

a) Clean it out in preperations for storage, put baking soda inside to avoid smells, and wrap it in a bag so bugs can't make it their home?

b) Give it a quick wipe down. It shouldn't be out there too long anyway.

c) Just toss it on a shelf. Someone can clean out the food later. It shouldn't be out there too long anyway.

I think you see where this is going.

Today I decided I was tired of walking downstairs to heat up a wrap for my back several times a day. *LIGHTBULB* We have a small microwave in the garage from when my husband moved offices!

One hour later... :)

It tried to crawl out of the trash can.

On the positive side, the microwave works pretty good. The lights in my office dim when I turn it on, and if what you are heating up weighs too much the platter doesn't spin - but it does get hot!
