2004 in review

Got this from morzsa and loved it. Thought I would see how my 2004 turned out!
(Take the first line from the first post of each month in 2004 and paste them in)

My twin boys just turned three last week, and what better time to try to keep my thoughts together through a journal? I had a wonderful three days in Huntsville, my old haunt. Today, I got a new hero, and I've never even met him. Well, it isn't TOTALLY pictures from John's birthday party on Saturday, but that is the majority. I haven't done a lot of posting this month. You know how the little things can excite you sometimes? Yes, yes. It's been a while since I've gotten my lazy butt around to posting photos. For the first night in a long time, life seems to be taknig a breather.

(Wow, 2004 seems a lot less stressful that way than how I remembered it happening! :) Guess it just takes a little distance and perpective. Or selected copy and paste)

version 2.0
instead of choosing the 1st post of each month, why not choose a random post? or the last?

In last night's "Speed-Reading People for Successful Interviews" session the presenter suggested that:

Behavior is predictable

and then asked us to answer 3 questions:

1. Pick a number between 1 and 10.
2. Pick your favorite color.
3. Name your favorite flower.

When she asked for a show of hands, I was amazed that she was able to score about 80% amongst our crowd, by using predictable techniques.

Hey - you have to choose SOMETHING. Just happened to be the first post.

I can't reach my email server. Wah. :( I should get it back by later tonight.
