Yuck, yuck, go away

I can't breathe through my nose, which means I'm breathing through my mouth, which means my throat is sore, which means it is scratchy, which means I cough, which makes my whole torso hurt, which means:

So Scott can get some sleep, I have come out on the couch for the night. I've stolen one of the boys' alarm clocks (with neat multi-color digital numbers, so I get the feeling I'm also halucinating) to wake me in the morning. Yep, gotta get those kids off to school. There is one good thing though (it's all relative, right?) in that I don't have any conference calls until 1 pm. Of course, they then keep going straight through 7 pm, but it does mean I can maybe go to sleep once I have dropped the kids off at school if my cold will let me.

Yes, whiny, whiny post, but you all know that's how a cold makes you feel. I can suck it up and be perky positive through a mastectomy and hystorectomy, but give me the sniffles and I'll cry you a river.

Believe it or not, we went to Tae Kwon Do tonight. I did all of my forms sweating like a dog with a travel pack of tissues tucked into the back of my belt. That's tough, right? :)

You have my utmost pity and understanding. We have a snot river flowing here too. The LG has been home sick all week, which doesn't give me an ounce of time to nurse my own miserableness.
