Can't sleep. Clowns might get me.

Just took an Ambien, after 1 am in the freaking morning, because I can't get my brain to shut off.

- It's definately 'high profile' time at work. While so many people try to blend into the woodwork in hopes that they won't be noticed for a layoff, I always tend to throw myself into as many high-visibility projects as possible in the hopes that management will REMEMBER why they should keep me. Who knows if it is a valid approach, but it has helped me so far.

- I'm so antsy to hear how things go tomrrow for semantique! She's going to be a mother of two (second child, not twins) in a few hours!!!!!

- I got pumped up with HOPEFULLY my last breast expansion this afternoon. I feel like I have a rock on my chest, and I can't wait to get rid of it. My surgery is scheduled for November 30. YAY!!!

- Physical therapy is going GREAT and so is Tae Kwon Do. I'm up to four forms now working on my blue belt, but there is SOOOO much room for improvement. Today I got really, really lucky (bet you thought I was just going to say really one time and put it in caps, huh?)! I had been looking at a series of books on that were written by Jhoon Rhee, the father of US Tae Kwon Do and the style that I practice (there are like 7 or 8 styles of TKD in the US, and many vary from dojang to dojang, so it sucks to try to find books specific to what you are learning). The books focus on each of the forms in detail, but were between $15-20 each. I went into Half-Price Books today on a lark, since I always look at their martial arts section (half a shelf, really). They had the entire series for about $5 a book. I also went across the street to Play It Again Sports and lucked out to find a rebreakable board in the difficulty level that I use!!!! SCORE!
