What a wonderful weekend...

On Friday night, we took the boys out to see 'Shark Tale'. It's only the second time they have seen a movie in the theater. We took them to see Nemo when it came out, but I think they were a little young. They really seemed to enjoy themselves. I almost busted a gut at one point in the movie. A really old shark lets out some gas, which bowls over the shark behind him. It wasn't really that funny, but Michael just laughed REALLY loud. Only person in the theater laughing, and that includes all kids. It set everyone else off. :)

Yesterday wasn't that exciting. We stayed around the house because it was raining and my back was pretty bad. I did get caught up on some of my TIVO shows. I watched the pilot for 'Desperate Housewives'. LOVE the show, if they can keep up the writing. There are so many things that remind me of Plano - the perfect homes, the perfect mommies, the power couples, the showy materialists - all while peeling back to show you the ugly underbelly. I'm looking forward to more shows!

Today, I went by Kohl's and got this 11-in-1 game table for the boys, which we can also use out in the backyard during the steamer. It has air hockey, foose ball, bowling, shuffleboard, table tennis, chess, checkers, connect four, and a few others. Obviously, exactly THREE more that I can't remember right off the top of my head :) We've been playing off and on all day. The kids love it, even though they don't really GET it yet. Now we just have to figure out where to PUT this thing in the house. It's not like there is a ton of room available.

A lovely brown micro-suede, which goes very well with the tan micro-suede recliner/rocker I bought when I was pregnant. YAY! *bounce*

Now, if I could just find the coffee table of my dreams to go with it, so we had something in the middle of the living room other than a mini-trampoline. :)
