Leopard legs

Twitch, twitch

I got my TENS unit in the mail yesterday, and it has done wonders for my back. I knew it would, because it it did during physical therapy. I know because of therapy just where to put the leads to have it work.

I thought I would try it on my knee, because I have some residual pain from January's surgery. I'm guessing arthritis is setting in since there is no cusion left in the inner knee. This is SO FUNNY! It took me a LOT of tries to figure out where to put the leads. Every time I tried, the top one would stimulate my thigh muscles to contract! I turn the unit on and my thigh jumps along with the stimulation.

Thankfully, I finally found where to put them to target the area I wanted to, without making my leg jump around :)

Crash. Boom.

Is it wrong to laugh at the expense of others?

Today I stopped by a garage sale on my way to get lunch. A garage sale on Wednesday? I've never heard of that, but they looked like they had some cool stuff. LOTS of people had stopped, and were lining both sides of the street. There was barely room for one car to drive through. The cars went all the way back to the corner of the main street.

This old woman in a mini-van as trying to pull out onto the main road, and I didn't notice why she wasn't going until I saw the SUV parked at the corner FALL DOWN as she backed up. She pulled out again and stopped on the road. As I went by, I saw the entire side of her van caved in with just small scratches on the SUV.

I couldn't help but laugh. I kept replaying the SUV bouncing down. At what point do you realize that you are scaping down another car and literally picking it up off the ground?
