It's 1 am. I should just go to sleep. My mind won't stop. The boys pulled out EVERYTHING in their room and are sleeping next to one another, on the floor, in the middle of the pile. Guess who'll be cleaning up first thing in the morning? (Hint: it won't be me).

Countdown two days until Michael and Matthew's birthday party. 15 kids have RSVP'd, and NINE of them are girls. What's wrong with this picture?

Oh yeah, that would make it countdown two days until my birthday, as well. Just another day. I do keep hoping Scott will get me the rollerblades I asked for - ones that aren't too wide like my current ones so I'll stop slipping from side to side.

Saturday: My birthday and the boys' party. I think Brett, Ang and the kids are coming over Saturday night to party with us adults. Maybe we can get others to join us.

Sunday: Ice Age 2: the Meltdown, at the Studio Movie Grill. The boys are PUMPED!!!! (so am I!)

Oh, I got two new bathing suits for the August girls' trip to Jacksonville. YAY!

Cause I'm a follower

Go to Wikipedia and look up your birth day (excluding the year). List three neat facts/events, two births and one death in your journal, including the year.

- 1904 - Longacre Square in Midtown Manhattan is renamed Times Square after The New York Times.
- 1994 - Body of Kurt Cobain discovered in his Washington home after having died three days earlier.

- 1918 - Betty Ford, First Lady of the United States
- 1963 - Julian Lennon, British musician and singer

- 1973 - Pablo Picasso, Spanish artist (b. 1881)

Bonus facts:

My birthday is considered Buddha's birthday in Japan, and...

WTF, Oh God

Is it just the wind?

Ok, REALLY big gusts, a neighbor's roof was partially torn up, tree limbs and garbage bins all over the place, and our power went out for almost 4 hours.

SUCKED!!!! But was fun in a way. :) I got to use all of my candles.
