Matthew - Good job on sparring! Get your kicks higher.
Michael - Good punching, good forms. Work on turns and power.
Trish - Nice roundhouse kicks! Good punches. Try to throw multiple strikes, bigger blocks and more power in self-defense. Good 9-step block.
As you can tell, they are harder on the adults than the kids :)
