They think he picked up some bug (figuratively or literally) in Thailand. I don't know - I mean, he was eating SILK WORMS and WATER BUGS. Who is surprised he got sick? He's currently crashed out on the bed, getting a much needed nap.

Oh - before leaving. Has anyone (with kids) had one have a sudden and intense relapse in nighttime training? Last night, Michael woke me up around 3 because he had wet the top bunk. We got him cleaned, changed, and in the bottom bunk with his brother. Not two hours later, he woke me up because he had wet THAT bed as well. I had to set up a comforter on the floor and move them both down there. I've been doing laundry all day.
TIP OF THE DAY: When you are working on nighttime training with your child, or even with babies in a crib, buy three or four of the waterproof pads for the bed. Not the whole bed kind, but the ones that are like 3'x4'. Put a full bed waterproof mattress cover on the bed, then one fitted sheet, then a pad, then another fitted sheet, pad, sheet, pad, sheet. Then, in the middle of the night when they wet, you can simply strip off the top sheet and pad and BAM! You don't have to worry about remaking the bed in the middle of the night. It's been a life saver, especially with bunk beds. I don't know if YOU have ever experienced climbing up on the top bunk of a $99 IKEA bunk bed and trying to spread your weight out while you change sheets, but I can tell you it's not fun (or a pretty sight)
