Sunday, Sunday, SUNDAY!

I have a half-day off tomorrow to take mom for her nuclear stress test. At least I'll get to spend a couple of hours working Sudoku puzzles. :)

Mom's blood sugar is still all over the place, but at least I know she's eating, taking her meds, and testing regularly. Her blood pressure is looking much better.

I guess it's normal to feel love, pressure, attachment, compassion, and resentment cycling through you as you take care of a parent.

I have one question - if you aren't on birth control pills, how do you know when you're going to start your period??? We still haven't decided between tubal or vasectomy.

I guess I don't have much to say tonight, I just thought I needed to get a few things down. I haven't been posting too regularly, and I hope to remedy that soon.

It is good to have Scott home for a week though. He brought me a really nice Minnie Mouse sleep shirt. YAY!

Re:period...count 28 days (or however many days you average) from the first day of your last period and you should start on about that day. I figure a day or so before or after that date is when I'll start. I had my tubes tied after Katie, so I haven't been on bcp for almost 3 years now (actually longer... more like almost 4). Hope it helps.
