Stupid memes.

Oh yeah - HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!! :)

It's amazing how cut and dried I am on some issues, and that it doesn't all fall to one side. How in the world do I fall 100% conservative on one type of issue and 100% liberal on another?

Your Political Profile

Overall: 40% Conservative, 60% Liberal

Social Issues: 0% Conservative, 100% Liberal

Personal Responsibility: 50% Conservative, 50% Liberal

Fiscal Issues: 100% Conservative, 0% Liberal

Ethics: 0% Conservative, 100% Liberal

Defense and Crime: 50% Conservative, 50% Liberal

Your brain: 60% interpersonal, 160% visual, 140% verbal, and 40% mathematical!
Congratulations on being 400% smart! Actually, on my test, everyone is. The above score breaks down what kind of thinking you most enjoy doing. A score above 100% means you use that kind of thinking more than average, and a score below 100% means you use it less. It says nothing about how good you are at any one, just how interested you are in each, relatively. A substantial difference in scores between two people means, conclusively, that they are different kinds of thinkers.

Matching Summary: Each of us has different tastes. Still, I offer the following advice, which I think is obvious:

  1. Don't date someone if your interpersonal percentages differ by more than 80%.
  2. Don't be friends with someone if your verbal percentages differ by more than 100%.
  3. Don't have sex with someone if their math percentage is over 200%.

My test tracked 4 variables How you compared to other people your age and gender:

Trish, the Whig?
you'll laugh, but .. I heard someone recently describe a

** fiscally conservative, yet socially liberal **

person as being a member of the Whig party. Yes, WHIG.

If that's true, I could be classified that way, too.

Re: Trish, the Whig?
I think I align with the 'Trish party'. In other words, I align with things that I personally think are ethical and right. I've never found a political party that didn't rub me very wrong on at least one or two major points.

Maybe that's why I stay publicly quiet on issues of religion and politics. I have strong opinions politically, but keep them to myself or just quietly promote them through things like charities and fundraisers. I am a spiritual person (but not into organized religion) but you will rarely hear me speak of things religious. :)
