Welcome to DFW

It was in the 70s for parts of February. Actually, it was over 70 last week.

Now that it is March - springtime - we have 1-2" of snow outside right now. I really wonder if it will stick until tomorrow and the boys will be out of school.

It's nice to see snow, and I hope the boys can enjoy it in the morning, but it has to be OFF the roads by tomorrow night. TMBG concert.

We just have wet surfaces here. I haven't actually seen any flakes tonight. It's supposed to be in the low 50s by afternoon so I think the roads will just be wet at most.

I'm a bit worried about the morning commute, though. The drop-off lane setup at Laurel's school is stop-and-go enough on perfectly good days that it'll be frustrating if it's slick. I already saw the blinged-out winter coats on Monday morning and almost peed myself laughing at the pristine white one studded with rhinestones. It looked like more flash than warm.
